This incredibly colorful coneflower is a mixed strain showcasing shades of red flowers, including reddish-orange and pinkish red. A shorter plant thats perfect for small spaces. Flowers will begin blooming in the summer and can continue blooming through the fall. Lakota Fire prefers to be grown in sunny and hot locations with well-drained soils. It can tolerate light shade, but best performance is in full sun. Once it is established it in the garden it can be considered drought tolerant. Lakota fire is a spring planting and will ship with buds showing and in most cases, not showing color. This is a pot full plant ready for garden or container planting.
