The Tuscan Blue Rosemary is a small, wonderfully aromatic shrub that is is often planted with dual purpose in a landscape. The edible new growth can of course be trimmed and used in cooking for any recipes calling for rosemary, and the small light-blue flowers bloom for a lovely visual appeal in early summer. Has best appeal when left in rustic, unpruned form. Reaches about 4 feet in height and width. Grows best outdoors in USDA Cold Hardiness Zones 8-11.
