It all started in 2006 as a bunch of friends hanging around the fire pit drinking beers and cooking meat. By 2010, Eric Hodson and Allen Smith had officially lit their first pit in Memphis as Boars Night Out. Since then, Boars Night Out has won multiple Grand Championships, numerous first-place calls, and developed the popular World Championship line of White Lightning Rubs-the winningest rubs in the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA). Southern Thunder is a primary blend of seasonings and spices which have been arranged in adding a beefy mushroom blend. Its primarily used on beef but will mix well with other BNO products that can be used as a layer or a stand alone seasoning.
