Install and remove the cap on and off by hand without any tools. The caps will never fall off, there is no metal-on-metal to rust or corrode, and they are totally reusable. These bolts wont break the flange and wont crack the toilet base from over tightening with tools. Its fast and easy to install with a snap of the fingers and a twist of the wrist.
