These Universal Fit, Heat Deflectors are installed under the burners to help deflect heat back up towards the cooking surface and catch any grease or pieces of food that get past the flavorizer bars. The droppings will cook off the heat deflectors creating flavorful smoke inside the BBQ. This kit contains 2 individual Heat Deflectors. Material: Stainless Steel.
