This is the classic paste and sauce tomato. Meaty and dense, this variety has thick walls, little juice and minimal seeds, so pastes and sauces are thick and flavorful. (Cooking actually intensifies the tomato flavor) Plants produce most of their fruits within a short window of time, so youll have plenty to cook all at once. Chopped tomatoes also freeze well to be cooked at a later date.
