Versatile in application, it adheres well to various surfaces, including common gutter, flashing, and roofing materials. Formulated for use in challenging conditions such as cold or high temperatures, wet surfaces, and standing water. Rain ready within 30 minutes without washing out, it is 100% waterproof, weatherproof and UV resistant. For exterior use, product will not harden, yellow, shrink or breakdown over time. It offers excellent workability and improved productivity with an easy-to-apply formula, smooth tooling, low odor, and quick rain readiness.
