The Maverick Red geranium is a boldly colored cultivar with large clusters of bright red flowers. The large, showy, mophead flowers grow to 4 in. to 5 in. across on stems reaching 1 ft. to 1 ft. 1/2 ft. tall. Like other cultivars in the Maverick series, the Maverick Red is heat-tolerant and prized for its display, but will quickly die in low temperatures.
