An edible root vegetable with an unbeatable, scintillating flavor, used to spice up a wide range of dishes. Horseradish is cold-hardy and perennial, so you can plan on bigger and better yields each year. Can be harvested as soon as the crown turns green, from early spring until late fall and the roots keep well for months. This product is sold by weight, so you may receive a combination of larger and smaller roots; if desired, large roots can be cut into several large chunks and planted separately.
